Return & Refund Policy
Because all of our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
Quality Issues & Misprints
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive a product that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@nothingbutblueskies.biz with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will review your request and, at our discretion, offer a free reprint or a full refund. We reserve the right to request additional information to process your claim.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a reprint or refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or reprints for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Orders refused at delivery
- Normal variations in color due to monitor display differences
